Historic photo of Bay View The Bay View Bar & Thai Dining is situated on the sweeping sands of Swansea Bay overlooking scenic the Mumbles lighthouse and just a few short miles away from the natural beauty of the Gower peninsular.

A historic landmark for over 100 years, The Bay View has a long and rich history with the people of Swansea.

Before the turn of the century The Mumbles Rail line linked Swansea city to the Mumbles and The Bay View at St Helens was an important stop along the way for weary traveller to stop and quench their thirst.

PRESENT

Today the Pub has been refurbished to the highest specification. With a burning ambition to bring Thai to Swansea the owners Matt and Samantha has created a haven for lovers of authentic Thai cuisine.

The bar has undergone many changes, with a separate 40 seat, elegant restaurant, a chill out lounge with comfy sofas and roaring fireplace, and the main pub area for the drinkers & diners to enjoy the fantastic views that this building boasts in the name.

All areas may be hired free of charge for birthdays, works parties, anniversaries- we will cater for every need. Parties from 2 to 200 are welcome.
